Achievement Award nomination for the Recovery College!

The Recovery College was delighted to be nominated for the Trust's achievement award in December.

This has been achieved through the commitment of students, volunteers and co-producers .

Trust Clinical Colleagues have also been integral to the Recovery Colleges growing success by supporting and encouraging service users and carers to enrol.

Colleagues across the Trust have also been brilliant in supporting events and making donations to our Diwali and Christmas events.

We are also increasing the range and number of courses over forthcoming months. We are also supporting treatment team caseloads groups to try to reduce waiting lists .

We are  looking to provide training for staff in the Trust to help revalidation and appraisal processes and exploring training for partner organisations.

All of our courses are co-produced with people with lived experience and professionals working together, challenging stigma and giving people increasing hope opportunities and choice in their recovery journey.

For more information please contact the College by phone 0121 543 4061, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , look on our College website or make arrangements pop in to see us!

The college is getting busier week by week which is brilliant! More people are taking the opportunity to have a look round and hopefully we are making them feel very welcome! We are now asking people to book a time to come round on the Monday drop in slot so they have some time to talk to us.

The courses this week have been really well attended and well received . We have more courses running next week . We are finalising our course programme for February and March 2016 - for more information or to book a look round please contact the college.
