The aim of this course is to increase awareness and understanding of emotions and
feelings, what they are and what they mean for us and others.
- Define emotions and feelings
- begin to understand our emotions
- identify our own emotions
- explore living with and managing our emotions
- think about strategies and skills to manage our emotions
- increase our self-awareness, acceptance and self-compassion
